Saturday.....

Back after a long long break.. still focus on low carb but also high protein- getting into bodybuilding more seriously.

Back to training after a bit of a medical issue, so taking it slow the first week

TRAINING

Bellydancing
X-Trainer 35 minutes (High resistance)
Stepper 15 minutes
Abs- on ball, floor + 3 sets of weighted

FOOD

5 eggs w/butter

Cheddar

Fage w/ whey sludge
